This pale and aged yellow is a lighter version of another archived Farrow & Ball colour, Hound Lemon.

Named by the great colourist John Fowler, the story behind its namesake remains a mystery!

Pale Hound sits particularly well in sunny spaces where it reads as a light and delicate yellow, and in garden rooms where its underlying green pigment connects seamlessly with the exterior.
