Deliveries and Returns

We operate a next day delivery service as standard for all orders placed throughout Ireland.

All orders placed before 1pm, Monday-Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next working day.

Although UPS endeavour to deliver your parcel the next working day, please allow 2-5 working days for transit.

Please allow 7 working days for UK mainland delivery.

Delivery services are unavailable on Saturdays & Sundays.

All weekday UPS deliveries will be attempted between 7am and 7pm.

We have no control over UPS or their delivery schedule, please use the tracking information provided to your email at time of order.

We always recommend you wait to receive your order before making plans to decorate as we cannot be held responsible for any delays with delivery.

Each of our luxury paints have been specially tinted for you and therefore cannot be returned. We always recommend you obtain a colour chart or sample pot before deciding on your colour.

Sample pots are available in emulsion only. Colours on screen may vary.

For large areas requiring more than one tin we recommend having all tins tinted together to ensure there is no variation.
